How Our Network Works
Talk to a local roofing provider
Who Will You Actually Talk To?
Good question. You will talk to an independent roofing provider in our network. That is a local business with its own crew, trucks, and prices.
Russiandays Roofing is the referral service that makes the introduction. We do not send staff to your house. Providers do the work.
What Happens After You Reach Out?
It is simple. You share a few basics, like your town, your roof type, and what is going on up there. Your request is routed to a provider that may serve your area.
That provider then gets in touch. They may ask about leaks, age of the roof, and any storm damage. Then they usually set up a visit to look at the roof in person.
Call hours and availability vary by provider. If you need help sooner, Request a callback to check who is available. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing is up to them.
What Should You Ask a Provider?
You are the one hiring. Here are questions worth asking:
- Can I have the quote in writing, with materials and labor listed?
- What is the total price, and what could change it?
- Do you carry the license and insurance this work requires here?
- Who handles permits and cleanup?
- What warranty comes with the materials and the labor?
- How long will the job take, and what if weather delays it?
- Can you help document hail or storm damage for my insurance claim?
Write down the answers. Compare them across at least two providers if you can.
Replacement or Repair?
Many homeowners wonder this. A provider can look at the age, the damage, and the shape of your roof. Then they can explain whether a repair makes sense or a full replacement is the smarter spend. Ask them to show you why.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not lock you in. There is no obligation to hire anyone we connect you with. Take your time. Read the quote. Ask more questions.
We also do not set prices or promise outcomes. Your agreement is between you and the provider.
