How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Russiandays Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Russiandays Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a contractor we linked you with

If the Problem Is a Contractor

The contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, start by taking it up with the contractor directly. Keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A contractor who often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Russiandays Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work, or make decisions for a contractor.

How to Send It

Email contact@russiandays.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
